My uconnect on my 16 SP has been buggy from day one. My screen freezes when I can finally get the performance pages to load, took it to my local dealer but of course they can't find anything wrong.
I don't get health reports because mopar can't detect my system. Called Mopar in Texas ant they gave me a trouble ticket, they said that a fix should be done no later than 3 days. I am very frustrated with this system but, not as much as not being able to get it fixed!
What good is a warranty if no one seems to know what they are doing.
Rant over!
Hopefully someone with Dodge cares will respond to this. :frown:

I finally had my Uconnect working pretty good on my 2016 Scat. I hardly used the car so sometimes it wouldn't connect. I found if I turned phone off and on it would work. Now the 2017 Cat is a problem. Thank god for CarPlay.

Update on my issues. A lady called from Denver and walked me through a factory reset of my system.
All is fine now. Not bad, not bad!
Good to hear. I think I will call this weekend. Plus I have to ask them to take my Scatpack off. I still get updates and tire pressure monitoring and fuel levels on this car.

The lady told me that they used to send our cars to the dealership to do a reset, I am glad that they can do it over the phone.
