I used one on my intrepid after I let a quick lube place change the oil and they stripped the drain plug. Only time in my life I let someone else change my oil. I didn't want to chance damaging the threads more and didn't want to mess with drilling and tapping so I used a liquivac for years to extract the oil. I finally got around to fixing it using a time-sert oil pan repair kit. Worked perfectly. I've also used it to extract trans fluid.

I installed a fumoto valve on my challenger to make oil changes easier.

Great thread, didn't see that in my search. Lots of useful info from several members. Thank you all.
Busy week so I didn't have time to do much more researching.

Ended up using ramps and crawling underneath yesterday.
Easy enough but somewhere along the line I got distracted and did not put the new o ring with the K&N filter on correctly. :yikes:
950 miles and I got oil splattered in the engine bay.:twak:
