Hi Steve,
It's been a while since I messaged you about my exhaust so I wanted to run something by you. I still love the sound of the MBRP but have been trying to figure out a way to reduce the drone in 6th gear, because it is so annoying that I stay in 5th gear on the freeway to keep my ears from hurting.[Turning 40 sucks!:)] Through some research I have read that switching to an X-pipe might be some help. What is your thought on this? I have also read that an x-pipe will make the exhaust "scream" more on the top end. Your thoughts? I have watched some vids of the Camaro that has MBRP exhaust with X-pipes installed and seems to support what I have read. Also, why did the Camaro get an X-pipe instead of an H-pipe like the Challenger set up? Any input would be appreciated. Once again, thanks for one of the best sounding exhausts on the market, and the great customer service and quick responses that you have always provided.
