I'm sure there are tons of these posts, but this time it's mine!
I installed my used cai I got from "tatim" here in the forum. It
arrived today and I got it installed with no problem, other than
I had to go get a fitting to adapt the oil return line, it was the
wrong size. Maybe because it came from his SRT8 and mine is
a 5.7? Not sure, but it was no biggie. I don't know if it originally
came with an adapter and I didn't get it or what. Anyways, $3.02
at the hardware store solved the problem.

I do have one small concern: The little electronic sensor (temp)
that fits into the tube near the throttle body fit into the rubber grommet really snug, but I have a small concern that it may come out over
time. Anyone else have a Mopar unit that knows what I mean?

Here's a couple of pictures. I love the last picture showing all the
crap that came out. If nothing else, it really cleans up the underhood
area.

The sensor on my MOPAR CAI also seems a lot looser than before (i.e., on the OEM tube). Just keep a watch on it. I don't think that it will fall out. I have had my CAI for over one year with no problems. How do you like the intake sound at WOT? (By the way, the MOPAR CAI is made by AEM).

Here is a pic on my CAI. I like it because it compliments my Billet parts.

Here is what Daiblosport says about the warranty:
No, there is no concern with the warranty.
If you go to the dealer for any reason, simply reinstall the factory tune to the PCM.

Thanks

I notice your intake (the grey metal part) stops at the 90 degree elbow, and that it has a plastic elbow. Was that factory or did you cut it and utilize the factory elbow?

Oh, I love the intake growl under throttle, sounds great.
