Considering adding this to the car to prevent occasional limp mode on the road course, and (perhaps?) improve ETs at the drags.

Can Mopar Performance TCM #5155177 be installed and used on a 2009 SRT8 (auto trans) without changing or swapping a custom Predator tune?

Has anyone documented any improvement at the strip by changing just the TCM? Especially in a blown SRT8?

Does the use of this TCM prevent you from using different stall converters or gears?

I'd very much appreciate any info. Trying to figure out if this TCM represents a "no-brainer" mod or if there are any trade-offs or incompatibilities.

I've probably read every thread about these and know some folks who ran them and the consensus is that know one knows what these really do :)

Some people have good results and others don't. I've never heard of anyone going faster in the 1/4 with one however. Never heard of it fixing a limp mode issue either (that is usually related to where your rev limiter is set with the predator)

Sorry I can't be of more help.
