Heres the rest of modifications to make the intake work. Plastic evap/fuel lines are easiest to do with a heat gun. Ive tried boiling water before but limited success. I had to extend purge valve wires. Shrink wrap and solder only. Best way to fix wiring.
Ok so found some info for the 440. A jeep cam sensor with slight modifications will fit into the 440. Only problem is its a 1x count instead of 4x count that the vvt engines run. So looks like its headed in the right direction, just need to do a little more homework and figuring to get it 4x count.
Finally got a plug for the tb today. Had to buy an adapter cable because i couldn't find a plug anywhere. Cost 50.00 to get the plug. Little high in my opinion, but i needed one and this was only way i could find it. Have one major plug to fix left, Abs module.
Heres some pics of finished abs harness. Thought i had already uploaded them. Heres video too. Spit out a code for improper voltage coming out of tb. Running rich and no time to fix it yet. Been fixing other cars and havent had time to mess with mine yet. Oops video is too long. Will cut it down then post.
Hopefully someday the time will come when I pull my 2012 R/T stock bumpstick along with the heads (to get at the lifters). As I ponder the overall expense of such an affair (and all of the different ways to go), I'm curious what people have done TO the Eagle heads once they're out.
Hey all, just got done pulling the heads off my Scat Pack Challenger. Lets just say the damage so far looks minor until you notice the pistons firing order is out of whack lol. Looks like I broke a rod or perhaps two. I wasn't doing anything crazy, just accelerating on the freeway. Engine...
I'm curious what cam, heads, lifters you will all recommend. I'm planning on supercharging my 5.7l soon but obviously don't want to keep it all stock. I seen forums of people swapping hellcat lifters in the 392s but what about 345s? ...and people running 274 comp cam in 5.7l with 6.4 heads? I...
I've recently purchased roughly $9,200 in power parts for my SXT Plus during this July.

I am curious to try and collect information on the 354 engines that were in the 2016 drag pak cars. I know they were done by Roush Performance in MI, but according some article these were supposedly based out on a 6.1 block with a 3.4 stroke crank.
Does anyone know if what they...
