Ive got a 95mm tb. Not stock. Factory tb was ripped off in accident along with busting the intake. Thats the reason i went with the aftermarket intake and tb. So the rubber that came with the cold air intake didnt fit. The original is 3.5 inches and what i put on is 4 inches. Had to find an adapter that went from 3.5 to 4.

Working on the next issue. The holley intake doesnt run the factory style pcv system. The valve covers dont have any way to run an old school style pcv. They are damaged anyways from the accident. Both sides. One has a crack and other has a small hole. So ive been looking at fabricated aluminum ones. But same issue, no hole for pcv. Leaves 2 options
1. Have a tube welded into valve cover along with a sheild so it doesnt suck oil
2. Hellcat valve covers. Not sure if they will fit a 5.7 with no issues. Hellcat does have the tube to be able to run a pcv system.
Either way is not cheap so i only want to go one route.

Isn‘t it frustrating how these guys make it look easy... 🤪
It was easier and cheaper to let him do the glass. Would have taken me longer to get the seal off and cut the windshield out. I dont do enough of them to justify the tools to do the job fast.
But ya they make it look easy. Took him about an hour.

I have always found that is someone makes what they do look easy it just means they are good at it and it is a lot harder than they made it look.

I tore a little of my interior doing mine. It can be done but it’s worth paying some one to do it. Especially if you don’t get ripped off.....I’m still pissed off

Again, sorry buddy. If you was closer i could have saved you some serious$$. You would have came under your budget or at it. I seen your parts list and prices. I dont want you to feel worse if i posted some receipts for the same parts you bought.

Done some minor things today to tie up some loose ends ive just been to lazy to fix.
I built two O2 extensions for the secondary sensors. Long tubes moved them to the trans crossmember.

Also ordered the SS brake line hoses and rotors and pads for all 4 wheels. Im going to break some myths and put brembos on all 4 wheels for under 1000 including lines, rotors, pads, calipers. All will be new.
Also got the last abs sensor i needed and lights are out.

Did you reuse the 2011 seats or the 2015 seats? I see you recovered them with hellcat leather, did you have to add any extra foam? I was under the impression that the hellcat seats had a different shape.

I used the 15 seats. No issues or modifications was needed. Pain to swap. Theres little plastic clips that are made into the foam. If your not careful they will pull out. I started with the backseats first. Bottom to be exact. I learned on that to see how the best way to do them was. Once you get a section unclipped, slide the other sections out.
Katzkins is a good place for covers. Never heard of them til i did this. My covers came in the box guy took off the hc covers and thats what he used

@Frank Julian if you look in the pics in this thread i used a 95mm tb on the Holley Sniper intake. Put it on upside down and modified the timing cover to clear everything. Think it looks better then the way factory runs it

While running my car the other day i noticed coolant leaking from the thermostat housing. Figured somehow it got damaged from the accident. So ordered a new billet aluminium one and received it today. Went ahead and put it on. You can see where old one is bent.
