Hey guys new to the boards. Posted a couple weeks ago about buying a new Challenger. Last night I finally pulled the trigger.

I ended up getting a fully loaded 2010 Challenger Classic R/T (6-Speed Manual) in Hemi Orange Pearl. The car is fully loaded with every opition possible. It has the track pack, navigation, push start, leather heated seats, etc..

I traded in a 2008 Dodge Charger R/T with 17000 miles on it that I stilled owed $23,000 on. The sticker price for the Challenger was $39,950 I ended up getting it for $35,374 and they wiped me clean of my negative equity on my Charger R/T. APR was 3.49%.

You guys think I got a good deal? I think I made out pretty good since I was in the hole with my Charger. The car is a beast and im loving all the attention it gets. Ive already got asked so many questions about it and Ive had it less then 24hrs.

Thanks Guys! Im loving it so far. It such a beast and im so glad I got it in the manual transmission. I was going to settle with an automatic but I really wanted the manual. I feel like this car was made to be driven with a manual. My dad (im only 27) was also very excited and very impressed when I showed him he has always been a fan of the old school muscle cars.

It took me 2-3 weeks of negotiating to finally get it to that price. You really think I made out ok? I did everything I could to get them to go that low and wipe out my chargers negative equity. Some dealers were only offering me $19000 for my charger so it really set me back.

If you had every option possible, it would have been over $40k. Just for fun, take your sticker and list all the options, not the whole thing, just the top line of each option that has a price to the right. Then we can tell if it fully loaded. Sounds like you have almost everything. All I can say is, "You lucky stiff." Don't post the full deal on here. That is your business. Getting over $4k off the MSRP is pretty good. In different parts of the country you could have done a little better, but you said you got what you owed for your Charger? Then you got a better deal than $4k off sticker. So, yes, you did well. A little advice, don't get upside down again. You might not come out like you did this time.

Here is the standard deal I have found in the DFW area. Invoice minus the $3000 dealer cash ($4,500 for the Manual trans.). Subtract 2k more for the fuscia which no one seems to want down here.

The best deal I found was on a fully loaded fuscia 6speed $7,500 off msrp.

With the negative equity in your trade it sounds like you did okay.

I just bought a 2010 fully loaded H/O R/T Classic automatic with an msrp of $40,250 for $34,700 financed at 4.1 percent minus $6,000 on a trade
in.

crow got it. I was thinking the $695 HID Headlights. The Super Track Pack is another $400. Somehow I don't consider the Interior package in the deal as it is not not many cars and I think it is too much money for what it is worth. Car cover, sill plates, carpets and trunk mat for around $500 (I think). But don't let anyone get you down. You've got a car a lot of us wish we had.
