Does anyone have the ability to look up the build status on a 2011 Challenger? Mine is past the due date now and the dealer isn't answering my email inquires. I'm hearing impaired so I can't call. If you can look it up for me, I'd appreciate it. The VIN is 2B3CJ4DG2BH577310 and it's a 2011 year model.

Thank you!

The car is built and shipped in March. That much I did get from dodge customer service but they said only the dealer can track it after it ships. I asked the dealer and they told me it was one state away and would likely be here two weeks back. Since then - I can't get them to answer me. I'm not being a pest - maybe I should be.

Chrysler changed shipping companies. They are transitioning over now and have been for some time. Not all cars, including mine - can be found on the web link you provided - but thank you for trying.

It maybe in D1 status as mine has been for nearly 2 weeks now but still not showing up on Insight. I think Insight is tied to whether or not an ETA for shipment is assigned which doesn't happen until car hits the assembly line.
My car has been built and was shipped. Seems to be lost in the shipping somewhere or the dealer just doesn't want to bother answering me. Insight is being replaced and you may or may not be able to track your car with it. I couldn't. I found out it was built by calling Dodge customer service but it never showed up on that insight tracking system.

You can track your build and delivery on the Unofficial Challenger Registry. See:

2008 - 2010 Dodge Challenger Registry
This registry expects me to put in the information as I get it. It doesn't track vehicles as they are built - give it a look. I signed up and it wanted me to put in the ship and delivery date. Thanks for the idea.

ocean run,
you don't have to enter that info. You'll need the vin number entered though. Once you register, look near the top of the page for the "vinwin" link and click on it. That should get you the most up to date info thats entered into the system since your car is past D status now.

VINWIN was shut down by Chrysler. I think it happened as they transitioned to a new shipping company. Thanks for the suggestion though. I did call the dealership sales manager and he said the car is still in Arizona - same place it has been for almost two weeks.
Anyone know why a new car would just sit in Arizona? I know Chrysler has it's hot weather testing facility there but I would think that stuff was all done before this model was built. I suppose it could be some cars are picked from the bunch for an extra QA or maybe my car was damaged in transit or had a recall in transit. Could be it's just sitting there waiting too. It's now due April 20. I hope it shows up! I'm anxious.
