Those tips look great man. With those bigger tips now installed, did it make the car any louder? Curious...
Thanks. No real difference in sound volume, but I do believe they changed the tone somewhat. There is more pop and gurgle on decel, which I like.

Maybe a little deeper tone as well.

Do you have to contact them to come up with a Scat Pack decal? I don't see any of it on their website. I'd love to have Scat Pack decal in the plum crazy color!
Send her an email through Bonanza and she will get back with you. I'm sure you can get a very close match on the color.

Those are the perfect tips I've been hunting for. Love my 2017 SP I just bought but hate those square OEM tips. Also, is that OEM 392 badge the one that also come with "Hemi" on bottom?
Yes, the 392 was paired with a Hemi badge. I stuck the Hemi badge on my toolbox.

They are really nice tips for the money. Yours look really nice. Do you have any flutter with the Zoomers exhaust?

Thanks, I have some flutter, but it's not too annoying compared to my ZO6 Corvette that I had bigger quad tips that I put on it.

I've tweaked the look of the rear lately.

I got 4" quad tips welded on the Solo Exhaust and I added the Scat Pack matte decal and a "392" OEM spoiler badge.

I really like the 392 badge... it really pops and stands out even though it is black.
Great looking car @kenandjenn4551!!! I was actually thinking of going Solo for my 2015 RT A8! After doing lots of research on this exaust it seems to be what I'm looking for. Quiet on crusing but a nice growl once you get on it! Is there any way you can provide and videos?

Was also contemplating installing some afyer market dual tips exaust to change up the look. How did you install you dual tips? Can they be installed with a band clamp?

Possibly going with these...any thoughts? Thanks!:)

Sorry, I'm not KenandJenn, but here's a video of our SRT (Ruby) with the Solo and quad tips. She is a Beast at startup and while cruising does have a nice, deep mellow rumble to her, but not so loud that you can't carry a conversation inside at regular levels........Now, when you get with it, things change (volume goes up considerably).

I have to say that the sound is close in tone (deep and sinister), but the volume nowhere near resembles how loud this can be at startup. It does mellow out (but is still louder than stock, which should be expected with no mufflers or resonators) after she comes off high idle though.

As far as the tips, I'm not sure if they can be bolted on or not, I just welded ours onto the Solo end pipes and they fit perfect. If you go with the Solo and have access to a welder, it's a piece of cake and easy to do. Just have someone with good eyes level them out for you before tacking them up and finishing the welds.

Sorry that it's so blurry, but I just got my camera and was just learning how to use it.

Hey FreddyG thanks so much for the input!!! Yeah definitely convinced on going Solo! Do you have any other videos to share?

Also what color are the stripes on your car? I also have the Granite Crystal Grey so that combination intriges me lol.

Finally the quad tips im eyeing are the 3" out to 4" to really fill out the rear of the car. The Solo system for he RT comes with pipe diameter of 2.5" so I was wondering if trying to install those 3" exaust tips would be an issue. What size tips did you install? Once again thanks for your help and input! Your ride looks awesome! 🙂

You're Welcome and Thanks for the Compliment!
No, I don't have any more videos...Sorry.

The stripes are the factory ordered silver (my Wife's choice). I wanted to add some real 2 x 2 twill 3k carbon fiber ones to Ruby, but my wife wanted the silver. The carbon ones would have been pretty much one of a kind, but the silver looks good too because of the contrast between the gray and the silver. They both help each other make the colors pop. The silver catches your eye and then makes the gray look good and the gray is dark enough that it makes the silver jump off of it (if that makes any sense).

I don't think that going from a 3" tip to a 2.5" pipe would be a problem. They can make up that difference with a welder pretty easily (as long as they know what they're doing, or they can expand the pipe a bit bigger at the end to help make up that difference and then weld them up). I'd try to get as close to the right size as possible though, just because it both looks better and is easier to install, but that's just my opinion.

The pipes on the Solo SRT exhaust is 3", so I bought 3" inlet to dual 4" outlets and it fills that space up nicely. It almost looks like it was made for it. I'm pretty sure that they make a set in your size on ebay. It's worth looking because that's where I got ours, but there are many more choices available than when I bought ours.

Please post up when you get her finished. I'd like to see how things turn out.

Hey FreddyG, which solo system do you have? Solo Mach X exhaust or the Solo x pipe exaust?

Solo x-pipe with no mufflers or resonators. It has the Heimholz chambers (adjustable J-pipes), so you don't have to worry about drone too. This exhaust actually has less drone than the stock exhaust did.

If you can wait until Black Friday, Steve usually has a 15% off BF sale with free shipping. I don't know what he'll do this year, but the past few years, that's what he's done.

Thanks for getting back to me FreddyG so quickly! Yea I've been doing more research and now I'm not sure what Solo exhaust to purchase...Mach X or the X Pipe with J pipes. I want my car to be louder but I definitely don't want any drone being that's it's my dd. Any suggestions based on your experience with your system.

Would be nice to be able to meet up someone out here in southern California and listen to this set up in person.

The problem with exhaust is that it's subjective. What's loud to me might not be loud to you, that's why I wish that you could hear it in person too.

It's not that loud when you're not on it, but you still have some Great sound. It's really easy to hold a normal conversation while driving until you get with it, then it wakes up and the conversation slows down until you lift your right foot.

I think that it's at its loudest when you first start it (it sounds Incredible) and then it settles down. You can still hear it and know that you have an exhaust installed, but it's not crazy at all. If you come home late at night or leave early in the morning (and like your neighbors), then the Mach X would probably be better. If you don't like your neighbors and want to make them fall out of bed when you start her up, then the X-pipe version is better.

I've never heard either in person either before buying ours, but I'm glad that we did, if not for anything other than the set of 4" quad tips hanging out of the back (and the sound when first starting Miss Ruby up).

If you have any more questions, Please don't hesitate to ask and Good Luck because it's not an easy choice.

Hey Freddy G, well I ended up going with the Solo X Pipe system for my 2015 Challenger RT! I could not be any happier! Love the exaust note, I now definitely feel like I have a muscle car!

Got a great deal from Steve at Solo as well! I also ended up with some dual quad tips installed after my brother and I installed the exaust. Thanks for your great input in helping me make my decision!!!
