Want to get together?
Interested folks from Me, Ma, Vt, Ct, RI and NH let's meet up.
If you're interested in getting together this spring/summer/fall, let's talk.

I am thinking of (informally) organizing a few cruise events. It would be great to meet up and say hi to members.

My thought is to make various meet up locations over the course of the summer. Maybe meet-up in each of the named NE states - and cruise from there (in a loop) to scenic or notable places (and maybe end up at a restaurant). Or perhaps meet at established cars&coffee locations.

Possible destinations:
NH - Castle in the Clouds or
Events
Ma - Sturbridge Village or
CARS & COFFEE – Larz Anderson Auto Museum
Me - Railway Villiage Museum
(Cars and Coffee Jun - Aug 7:30am to 11am Last Sunday of the Month Events Archive - Railway Village Museum)
Vt - Robert Frost Stone House Museum or
VT - Manchester - Cars & Coffee
Ct - Mystic Seaport Museum or
AMCC Kick Off Cruise Night - Cars and Coffee Events
RI - Fort Adams - ACMW Weekend TBD

Here's a list for 2022 of New England car events:

Interest? Check into the thread and express your interest.

And of course there is always the Big one!

Ok... for each person interested, post a picture of your ride.

I think we'll start the ball rolling come May.
Those places that have a cars and coffee event, we'll have numerous opportunities.
The thing to do would be to meet up someplace close to the event and then drive in together in a train.

If folks are interested in scenic or notable places, we'll need to do a bit more coordination.

I don't herd cats, so working together will be key.

I am in Northern VT and started a little Facebook group for Modern American Muscle Cars in the area (Challengers, Chargers, Mustangs and Camaros) Greem Mountain Car Club.

We have a Cars and Coffee up here, I know of a small car show in White River Junction that I will be attending VA White River Junction Health Care | A Beacon Of Hope Auto Show | Veterans Affairs
This sounds like a good opportunity. I'm not on Facebook or any social media sites (aside from this one), so if there is anything there worth sharing, can ya post it here?

I may have to join ya there.

Anything up here? You mean car shows and meets? We have a few things here and there, there is a larger group of import guys so I am trying to group the Domestics up. I mentioned the WRJ thing because it is closer to NH and Mass than I am.

@VT Challenger - I am interested doing some things with Challengertalk peers near and around me. So, ya, WRJ sounds like a fun intake. Means I get to drive my ride for 1.5 hours - ohh, what a sacrifice :ROFLMAO: to meet up with ya'll and enjoy some camaraderie.

Same with @zup28w , I will probably join him some Tuesday in Saugus. I know the Fuddruckers in Saugus. I have childhood friends in Saugus (attended Saugus High School). My dad was in the Navy and worked out of the Boston Naval Shipyard (now long gone), and while we were in Massachusetts, we got a house in Saugus. Great times.

My goal is to meet up with as many North East Challengertalk folks as I can this year, and I hope other NE challenger club folks want to meet up with each other too.

I am south of Boston. Another good meet is the Mass Cruisers Cruise Night at Patroits Place in Foxboro right next to the NE Patroits stadium. Starting 4/7 and every other Thursday. Always a good showing of Mopars old and new. They fill up the upper lots in front of Bass Pro Shops.

Sounds interesting, but probably a little too far north for us central Jerzey Boyz...
OOhhhhh -peeerdy car!
Are you around the Newark area? That's about a 5 hour drive from me. Any clubs in your area you frequent? Cars&Coffee events? (I plan to put some serious miles on my car this year :p. ) It's been a show-shine girl all her time with me - it's time to "live a little".

Ya, I go to the stadium once or twice a year. I agree, great intake. Let's set a few dates. But no kissing at least until I know you better.

I'm 30 miles from the Vermont border but NY wasn't invited. To be honest, I can't blame you.

a mere oversight. You are clearly most welcome. Know of any good places close to the Vermont border that would draw the attention of folks from the general area (say a 2 hour drive)? I am willing to travel a couple hours to meet a NE challengertalk mate. And there may be others.
