I've searched and seems like there are so many different answers
What I'm wanting is on front 20x8.5 or 9 (if the rim I end up actually buying comes in a 9 I'll go that route ) on the front I'm going to use the stock f1 tires that I already have. From what I gather +14 to +18 offset is what I would need to have a nice flush fit with no rubbing.
On the rear I'm wanting a 20x10. So an offset between +18 to +20. Now with those offsets for the rear what tire size would be best for fitment with out issues?
So 245/45/20 front and 275/40/20 rear? Or could I go bigger on the rear? I haven't narrowed down what tire brand I want yet on the rear so feel free to suggest on that also.
Thanks

275/40-20 tire on a +18 rear 20x10 will be pretty flush with the fender edge. Any wider and the tire will poke out some.

depending on the tire itself, certain brands run a little smaller I like big fat tires out back (personal reasons)
you could go with a 285/40/20 if your using the 245/45/20 up front very close to same diameter.

For the 295 that was on a nitto

Yes, I run a 315/35ZR20 Nitto Invo on the rear of mine with 20x10 at +30mm offset.

My front wheels/tires are 22x9 +15 offset (255/35/22) and are flush.
My rear wheels/tires are 22x10.5 +20 offset (285/30/22) and they stick out maybe a few mm.

okay so the wheels I want they only offer in 8.5 but no big deal as I plan on using the stock f1s up front for a bit. so front offset +20 and rear offset of +30 to run the nitto invo 315/35/20

+30 on the rears will rub slightly on the inside fender well which will require you to flatten the bulge in one location on the plastic liner. If you don't feel like having to do that go +25. Just keep in mind +25 will position the outside edge of the tire 5mm further out.
