Photobucket is the easiest way to do it. These days with 12mp cameras, just make it harder to reduce pics down small enough to post on forums. jpegs can be shrunk or reduced in size if you have the right tools. But with photobucket you just upload them there, then open a picture on your page, right click and select properties, then copy the URL, then go back to the challengertalk page, in the text window where you type your response, (above it actually) you'll see a yellow icon with two mountains and sun, you click that, then paste your URL into the pop up window, then click ok, it will insert the photo into the text entry box.
Inserting photos is easy, you just have to make sure that they aren't too big. Just lick on Manage Attachments at the end of your message, then browse your computer. I always use the following resizer:
