Hi guys.
My 09 Challenger recently blew an alternator so I had it changed and had the car fully serviced. After all of that it wouldn't start. It seemed like a WIN module issue so I had it changed. But alas, it still won't crank.

I noted that fuse number 2 under the hood was blown. That's the NGC fuse also called PCM. I unplugged the NGC and noted the fuse didn't blow until I plugged the black plug in. The Orange and whitish plugs did nothing. After testing it on a few more fuses, I am thinking the pcm is blown. Can anyone comment on this? Also, does anyone have a pcm for sale lol
