Hi all, I recently picked up a 2011 IE SRT8 (10k miles) and just noticed the rear few intake runners and around the PCV valve appears misted with oil. Is this a common issue or cause for concern?

Signs of oil on external engine part surfaces is always a cause for concern.

Due to my short time with the modern Dodge cars I don't know if they have a propensity for going through PCV valves, but in the past PCV valves worked just fine until they didn't. If the PCV is suspect best to just replace it. And while you are there check the hoses that run to and from the PCV for any leaks. Way back when I worked on my cars I always kept some lengths of various diameters of gas/oil/vapor hose around. If a hose was suspect I'd just replace it with a new hose. 'course, nowadays the hose may be custom formed, have special connectors, and not as easy (or inexpensive) to replace.
