I lived in San Antonio for 9 years until a year ago, finding a good shop to work on your MOPAR in SA is not going to happen. I'd go to Stew in Austin at Inertia Motorsports, here's his webpage below. I had a company there, can't remember their name, do my cam swap and was not happy with them...

I'd also get with the local MOPAR group ACLX modern mopar club, Some good people to hang with and can answer a lot of questions for you.
