I have a 2014 SRT base and I was fortunate enough to get the black vapor wheels. The car is sort of murdered out, except for the fugly fuel door.

For now, my son made me plastidip it. Just to see what it looks like. Once this starts to peel off, I will do it the right way. But for now, I am out less then $10 and I changed the look of the car.

Be honest. Please

the chrome fuel door is definitely an eye sore so good call to paint it.

personally, i think the black Drake fuel door is a better option or do what i did and find a 2008-2010 fuel door off an SE which is a flat lid which sits flush with the body and isn't as distracting.

the painted stock one looks too bubbly in my opinion.

but either way, much better :D

I did the same, only I didn't go over the center.

Definitely looks better than a lone chrome piece out there all by itself. :)

YEP! The minute that Plasti-Dip peels, I am doing EXACTLY what you did. Nice job.

And I agree, chrome does not belong on these cars.
