Thank you it's coming along nice. Sure is nice keeping things out of the snow,sun and rain.

Well I have thought about that. At this point I will use it as a rec room. I'm going to put some games, ping pong, pool table, shuffle board that sort of thing.
When I get old and can't use it maybe then I can rent it and make a little income during retirement.

I built my garage designed to work on race cars. It has 10' ceilings with a lift and A/C n Heat full flat screen surround sound also!!
