well I gotta agree with Tim here. a fuel pump thats blowing fuses could easily be causing lean conditions if its flaky.
and a tune is only as good as the rest of the system. and if the system changes out the door, then you can have these issues.
I remember trying to tune my AAR years ago after installing a BG Fuel pump and regulator. The regulator would vary its settings almost constantly. sometimes fat. sometimes lean as hell cause the fuel pressure was changing. I remember having to adjust and readjust that puppy several times before I realized it was just a POS and wouldnt hold a setting. Within a few months of trying it, I blew the tops off my pistons (detonation caused by a lean condition).
I can see your all trying to hang DCX here and its not necessarily the right place to point your finger yet. When you modify a car for high performance and then run it hard, THERE IS RISK YOULL TOAST YOUR MOTOR.
