Hello all,
So, I've started to notice a possible electrical issue on my 2013 Challenger SRT8. I've only become aware of it since driving at night, when my dash lights and headlights are easily visible. When from a stop to either fast or slow acceleration, the dash will dim. It's hard to say, but I think I also see the headlights dim slightly as well.

Early this year, I had to replace my car battery as it was dead, so I don't believe it's the cause of the issue now, even though a bad battery isn't out of contention. It may be the alternator, but nothing on the system warnings have indicated any fault codes.

If anyone has had experience with this kind of issue, possible troubleshooting steps i vould take, or have any thoughts about my issue i'd appreciate the feedback.

Thanks!

Henry

I think there has been some threads on this in the past. I know when I step on the brake at night my '10 R/T lights dim for just a second. You might do some research on the forum here and dig at those old threads.
