Question: Does this Catback system increase performance? And if so.. What specifically does it increase?

Thanks for the post! Yes, this system will increase performance and get rid of some throttle lag. HP gains were around 11 at the wheels. This is consistent with the gains of our other V6 kits using the same design and components.

Actually it isn't lol...we sold the last one at group buy pricing a few days ago...we will sell a few more at 15% off, but that will be for a limited time...so feel free to call me if you'd like to pick one up. I wouldn't lie...when we said one, we meant it lol. That's why I kept a list in the second post:)

Some longer videos recorded of my 2015 Challenger SXT with Solo Performance Exhaust

Even though the pre-Sale is over, I thought I'd post these videos to this thread...Posted below and also in the “2015 Solo Performance Exhaust Review” thread in the “Dodge Challenger SE/SXT Specific” Section of the forum.

Hopefully these are helpful for gauging the sound of the exhaust…

Anyone else experiencing drone in the 1300-1800 RPM ranges? I live in Southern California so my commute is never at freeway speeds. It consists of accelerating/decelerating at around 30-50 MPH, which is the trouble ranges for the exhaust. When I have to stay on the throttle just slightly to maintain my speed, I get horrible drone. Once I get above 2k RPMs it tends to dissipate.

How many miles since adding the kit on the car…it takes 1000 miles to break in…and it quiets at highway speeds over that time. If not, it could just be that the J pipes got moved during installation and are set incorrectly. If that's the case, please call our shop tomorrow and they can give you the correct J pipe setting. Their number is 716-873-0440. You can ask for Bob.

Thanks, I'll give it another week. It's been about 3 weeks and 500-700 miles since installing.

After adjusting the J pipes will there be a new "break in" period or should I notice a difference immediately?

Also, would having a CAI installed impact this at all? Currently running the Airaid CAI

You should notice it right away. A CAI should not influence it. Let the break in complete to 1,000 miles, and then we can check them after that.
