I'm looking at a 2009 Tor Red RT, 3K miles, 6 sp, 18" wheels, radio upgrade, convenience package (controls on steering while, keyless go).

The car has been on the lot for several months, eating into the remaining warranty, priced at $31,995.

Seems way too high.

I'm thinking about offering $27K - is that reasonable ?

offer no more than $25K and then walk away. you might get a call back. saw some loaded a while back for $25 with a SC. don't know if it sold but was a good price. check the car for sale area here for info.

I agree with CruzKing. $25k would be a decent price for the 2009 with the low mileage.

Another factor to consider is what warranty is left, and what interest rate you would get on financing a used car versus a new car if you need to finance.

For comparison, I just picked up a new 2010 for $29k with the same options plus sunroof and leather.
