it will continue to do that - odds are it was a poor quality repair and a heavy layer of body filler was applied.

filler will expand / contract over time. When its applied thick like yours, it will crack through. It can also have rust occurring under that filler, further exacerbating the problem

there's a correct way to repair and then there's the way yours was done
