Do I hate the Hellcat, nah, of course not. But I'm not a fan of the crazy hood and gold rims. Reminds me of the early Subaru Impreza WRX's.

So I'll keep my 2014 SRT8 6-speed and let HHP do their magic. But before the mod list, this is what she was running when I dropped her off:

Mopar Cold Air Intake
Magnaflow Axle Back Exhaust
180 Thermostat
245/45 and 275/40 BFG Comp 2's
Short Shifter

Baseline Dyno: 446-454HP across 3 runs

And today, the install began on the following:

Procharger Tuner Kit in Full Black
Black Stage 2 Intercooler
SRT4 Injectors
Arrington Fuel Pump
Custom Tune
20x9 and 20x10 Viper Reps in Competition Grey
Racers Edge Pillars
Autometer Boost Gauge

We should be right up against 600HP with just 6psi based on our baseline. But again , I'm not too concerned with the number, more so the driveability. Fingers crossed!

446 rwhp?? Wow what kind of dyno were you on?? Before they did my Edelbrock I was at 390 with a mustang dyno. Ended up with 545 but 446 is one of the highest stock dyno runs I've ever heard of!! 2011 392 and I had a B&G tune CAI and Flowmaster

HHP uses a Dynojet and this is not the first vehicle they've done for me. A year ago I had them dyno and tune my 2012 Ram R/T with a 392 transplant motor out of a 6 speed Challenger. The results, 381-384 across three runs. That motor never really felt strong either.
This one, right off the showroom floor feels like a rocket. It chirps tires in third, jumps off the line, and generally drives like it's pissed off all the time!

I've heard of people getting "ringer" engines or strong factory units, and I've never been that fortunate until possibly now. And my mods did nothing really but change the sound IMO. And in spite of all this, I still go for the blower!

I'll post up the dyno shortly for everyone's review.

Gotta love a Jazz Blue supercharged SRT!!!
Absolutely! Greg at HHP called it the Blackberry Beast when he sent me those pics! All the guys are anxiously awaiting Josh's tune session on Monday to see what a 450HP stock motor will do with this package.
And I love the blacked out blower and intercooler. From the grill, it's virtually unnoticeable.

Talk about a prophetic number! Eddie T darn near nailed it! The final numbers were this:

Stock: 450.94/426.34 (80F)
Procharger (6psi): 574.70/525.45 (87F)

Now remember, this is just a 6psi kit that I had to special order the pulley. Could I have gone for more? Sure, but I felt that this is what I wanted. A good, safe tune and a mild amount of boost to help push the 392 down the road. And according to HHP, mine made more rwhp than a 2014 Charger 392 with a 8 psi kit that went before me!

Here's just a quick video as well:

Thanks Tout09! I was hoping for some bad karma! Lol

But at just 6 psi with a conservative HHP tune I think I'll be just fine. She drives like a dream and not a single problem thus far.

As for other components, you need to consider how your car is making power. Being Procharged, my car doesn't lay down significantly more power until beyond 3K. And being a six speed is easier overall as well.

If I were running positive displacement with gobs of tire spinning tire right off idle, I'd be far more nervous about pistons and driveline parts.

No bad Karma,LOL just a word of caution as we have seen quite a few go bad, Josh is fully aware of... seems to me the tune really has to be spot on and data logged if going over 8psi..
