this post is from 2009

Re: Punisher Hood Finally Complete! Pics included
Victory racing engines made the punishher decal and then the local shop here Rocky Mountain Auto Trim prepared it and put it on.. They took the old stripes off, took the same material for striping, cut a silhouette out of the black material, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch all the way around, placed it on the hood, then placed the Punisher Decal on top. They did a first class job. You have to see it in person.. I will take a full car pic tommorrow. Lori (my awesome Challenger lady) came up with the whole design. I was going to put it on a black hood, but the orange looks better..She's such a good woman.. It was Christmas present.

You have the pattern now, just a matter of scanning, resize to a measured hood and began to work it a bit in photoshop. Now given the size, you'll have to find a shop that can cut something that wide as it doesn't look like it's in segments. It could be, if so, any local sign shop could cut it and then you have to align during install (not that difficult) using a soap/water solution just like you use when window tinting.

I used to put the big Trans Am birds on cars at the dealerships and used car lots. Just clean the hood, degrease/dewax, solution on both the hood and the decal and slide into place. You can watch a lot of videos online to do this or have a professional install it.
