No man... as much as I love my car and love driving it, I'm very much mechanically challenged. I had them installed at a shop where they specialize and only work Chrysler/Dodge. Very professional, but they are not muffler specialists, so they just installed them as they came out of the box. Thus, a little more tweaking was needed for the "perfect" fit. I've seen others here that have not had this problem, so maybe it was just me. I'm very happy now after and extra $60 in a proper muffler shop.did you install them yourself? I plan on buying mine from summit racing. That is the best price I have found.
NO it doesnt....the SRT system is 3" but has a reducer to 2 3/4" to mate up with the stock midpipes. The R/T system is a piddly little 2.5"Does the 3" Pypes violator system bolt right on to a 2009 Challenger R/T 6 speed or do you need to cut and weld to get them to fit?Pypes says on the website that system is for the SRT8.
