Question.

Is the Tazer required to be plugged in to the OBD II port permanently for the upgrades to function correctly or is it only used for programming purposes where it can be removed when not needed?

Q: Can I leave it plugged in?
A: Yes. It’s designed to go into sleep mode 30 seconds after the car’s accessory power shuts down. It can remain
plugged in full-time. If you’re not planning to use line lock, light shows, full ESP off, force RWD/AWD, nav in motion, or
force video, then feel free to plug it in as you wish.
