Looking forward to this thread.

Structure repairs have been completed after purchasing car back from salvage auction. Now onto ordering 2015 Hellcat front end conversion (bumper, hood, hid headlights). Any pointers from someone that has done the conversion.

Received almost all of the remainding parts today, off for paint next week. Still looking for 2015+ HID headlamp assemblies that are not $800+ each.

Picked up the fenders, hood and front bumper from the body shop today, had to install them immediately. Still looking for headlights so cannot install bumper cover yet.

Did insurance claim money cover the auction price? And what's the repair cost so far? Hoping you come out on top or at least not too far under!

Almost finished it today but ran out of time, just more adjustments to do and many push pins still to install lol, if you have any questions about the conversion ask away.

Nicely done! Nice shop to do projects. Did you install brake cooling ducts in the front fascia behind the lower grill?

Just wrapped up the rebuild/conversion. Next is window tint, then possible wide body kit, wheels//tires.

Looks great......a job well done. Silver is typically not an easier color to match.

I’m super excited to see you saved that beast. Especially it being supercharged and all. Good luck with the rest of the transformation. Also great work.
