Asked awhile back in the wheel forum but no response... is there a source for touch-up paint for the redline wheel?

I bought some that is a very close match. This is what you want. Golden Fluid Acrylics - Pyrrole Red - 1 oz Bottle

You might be able to get it local from a craft/hobby store or you can order it online for about 10 bucks.
