Just undo some fasteners, J/K. But seriously, I imagine opening the door, popping the hood and removing the fender liner is all you need to do for access.
There's supposedly free service manuals available from somewhere on this forum, but the $25 Chilton/Haynes single volume manual should have this info too (might find it locally or get in a couple days ordering online).

I noticed a few days ago that the grill on my 16 SRT has unclipped on one side. It only has 4k miles, no accidents. What the hell is going on? Only thing I can think of is the car wash pushed it in. Probably time to take it to the dealer as I cannot get it to pop back in.
