Looking for winter wheels. Was looking for blacktop rims w/winter tires if possible shipped to NJ? Or I can just take the rims and do the tires myself.

the blactop wheels are pretty expensive, best scenario would be the police wheels, if the vehicle is non srt, srt is an issue

I put the stock 18inch with euro winter tires tires I bought from a member on these forums. Car still looks like a challenger with those wheels (I did plastidip them black tho) and handles amazingly through the snow with the 225 tires. Much better than expected. They go for an affordable price too.
