It does what it says it does so you're the one who has to decide if it's worth it or not. I personally wouldn't want to put it on a car with a bunch of miles on it.
You need more then to just bolt on a Ripp, you need to get the PCM Tuned for it you will need to also change fuel pump, you will need to change plugs etc.,
It will take when all is said and done your going to have to ask your self is it worth the upgrade for about 7k range total but hold on what about better brake upgrades
you add it you better be able to stop it. What about Suspension to handle that Rear End Upgrade, Struts, Strut Towers, Tires etc. You see where this
goes its not a slap it on and your set thing.
Why not trade it towards a R/T 2008 - 2014 you will have about 100hp more to the tires and easier to work with.
Also if the engine has high miles on it its going to come apart... Trans will fail and drive shaft will give etc., The SXT is not meant to be a HP vehicle its a dependable fun
driver that gets fantastic gas mileage
If you want more fun keep it dependable and good gas mileage get yourself a Banks Pedal Monster its the safest one and will not harm the car.
300.00 to make it night and day.... The Others can cause Limp Mode and that is unsafe.
I got one and its enough to make a huge difference and not a ton of money.
