Thanks, that makes sense, and I don't believe the problem is the actual antenna. I don't have any idea which head unit it is. What I don't, and never have had, is a subscription for Uconnect. The vehicle is in Scottsdale, almost 200 miles from me where my wife is, at her daughter's. I'm attempting to see what I can do from here before I have to go get the car. Right now I'm trying to teach the step-daughter how to refresh Sirius/XM. If you're right about the connector, a good cleaning will probably fix it.Unless you have a uconnect failure, the suspect is the actual physical satellite antenna connector. Not sure which head unit you have, 730N?
