I have the SG II on a 2012 RT. I am going to up upgrade the speakers but I am also interested in what can be done with the amp.

Is the 368 watt amplifier external or internal to the HU? If external, where is the amp located? Any recommendations for an amp upgrade?

External and I've never looked but think it has been posted here that it is behind the dash driver's side.
