There a few places to get shaker hoods man. Use the search function of the forums to look more into it. Most receive a new hood with the kit. Some manufacturers are AFR, Cervini's, Danko Reproductions, Suncoast, and Mr. Norm's Garage.

Good luck! :bigthumb:

This is all I got so far (not fitted in pic)

Put the hood on, got it fitted, drilled the holes for the hood pins, now it's off for paint.

I went with the AFR Shaker setup system, it's the only true shaker that doesn't route to the factory airbox. It comes with a circle K&N filter as well as a rain shield. I haven't installed it yet, just sent the hood off to get painted. I had no fitment issues with the hood, just minor adjustments from left to right to get it to line up evenly.

Performance gains are minimal with any of the shaker setups, they are mostly for cosmetic

I recommend the AFR as well.

Here's the thread with photos of the install.

If you already have the Cold Air intake and just wanted the shaker hood look, then you can get the AFR Shaker Hood "SE"
http://www.autoformgroup.com/autoformgroup/index.php?page=shop.browse&category_id=78&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=26

And then add the AFR SE Fresh air duct kit to use with your Cold Air intake:
