I just bought a 2009 Challenger Hemi Orange with a 5.7 with 3000 miles . After a few runs, which were great, it now is slow off the mark . I have removed the cowl. Is that the reason for a sluggish start. Or is it air starved or are plugs fowled ?

Fuse 2 and fresh fuel. Go easy on it and run the bad gas out of it. Also, if you can let the car sit for a bit, run all the bad gas out of it and fill it up with Chevron, then to the full tank add the Techron fuel system treatment. Let the car sit for about 5 days and it will run better.
