So its freaking 30 below, 2 ft of snow and January in Alberta. The Chally has been in storage now since the middle of october. I was thinking about spring when I finally get to pull the car cover off and take it out for the first ride of the year. Like the proud father of a new born my chest sticking out and the adreneline pumping my car and i are one again. Oooops spring is still 3 months away. In that instant my fantasy turned to reality that i still have to drive the Dakota for a while. So I thought to my self maybe its time for a visit havent seen the car for a while, so i drove to the storage garage and with glee un covered my car stood back and admired its lines then with out hesitation hit the door locks on the fob sat down on the seat pushed in the clutch and hit the start button. The sweet rumble of the engine excited me and thoughts of spring came back to me. I sat there for 10 mins letting it run with the accosional tromp on the gas just for some fun. With alot of dispair the cover went back on and i drove home thinking I need to move where i can drive my car any time i want to. So thats not reality!!!! I just have to wait to APRIL!!!!. Then today and a friend who runs the local LX club comes in to my shop and invites me to go to the spring lx festival in Irvine California in March. As we talked about it and looked last years event on the website i got excited again and just maybe the car can come out in March. So untill then living in Alberta Sucks for a car guy.

If it makes you feel better it's 20 degrees below normal even down here. Don't have to put the car up but it still stinks.

Hahaha buddy I feel the same way, I planned picking up my Charger around the weather so I could just get it in the garage with now snow, I accomplished that but now its been 2 weeks since I have driven it. I go and start it, sit in it and dream about the first day I get to wash it Zaino it and take my truly first ride in it!

I hate NY and the snow and salt!!!

FU OLD MAN WINTER!!!

My son got his license recently, so my old standby 1995 Escort Wagon is being used by him.

Now my Challenger really has become my daily driver !

Invest now in any stock that has to do with touchless car washes ! :burnout:

I'm in VA, and this is the 2nd hellish winter in a row. Last year it was record snow, this year, record cold. I'm sick of it. Take the Challenger out for a short run into town, and when I get back it's got a nice coating of salt dust on the ass end and behind the wheels on the sides.
