Stalling

Had another vehicle manifest close enough to the same behavior. Proved to be the (low pressure) fuel pump. And 6 months later the replacement fuel pump failed and it was replaced.

So fuel pump would be my WAG. But Frank has it right. Take the car to the dealer and describe how the behavior comes about. There might also be factory proprietary errors logged which if is the case will almost certainly shed some light on the failure cause. So this is yet another reason to have the car in for this.

When you take the car in stress that with the engine dying you have lost all enjoyment of driving your new car and are concerned for your safety and that of any passengers. The engine should pick the wrong time to die this can leave you with a car car traveling at some speed with no power brakes and extremely stiff steering.
