I bought a 2008 SRT8, I connected my Nexus 5 via Uconnect (Bluetooth) and Seen that other challenger owners can select their aux input when a bluetooth connection is made and play music over that. My aux button stays faded and cannot be selected.

For now I've just dumped my library on the radio's HD but it's annoying to maintain two different libraries now.

Any solutions? I could just use the aux jack but I'm trying to keep my middle console clutter free.

If I'm not mistaken I think Bluetooth audio streaming is only supported in 2011 and later models. Eitherway...... I think you are getting aux and Bluetooth mixed up. In order to access aux you have to pull back the cover (on front of radio unit) revealing a 3.5mm audio auxiliary jack. You then can connect your phone using a 3.5mm audio cable and play your music over the speakers. That ways you wont have to manage two libraries but it will not be wireless.
