Hello, can I swap out oem springs for lowering springs without major suspension work on my 2017 Dodge Challenger T/A 392 6.4?

it comes down to going with lowering springs that are no greater than 1.5" of drop. 1" to 1.25" will get you pretty near the max recommended amount of negative camber.

Even then, its a good idea to check alignment after its done - the main issue is the camber. The 6.4 / 392 have a greater amount of negative camber than the SXT or R/T models - going with a greater drop will put the camber beyond the recommended maximum = greater inner tire wear.
