Do you have all 4 rotors? Do they have any rust lip on them?

I'm interested in the shifter. I have a 2014 R/T and nothing I've found recently has told me that the shifter is compatible. Do you know if they've changed anything significantly that would make that shifter incompatible?

does that mopar short throw shift actually reduce the throw of your shifts or is it basically just a better looking shift handle? iv looked at the significantly more expensive hurst kits and the seem to have all the mechanicals of the shifter as well as the stick

Man... vacation was a great. Sorry not to respond timely.

Yes the shifter does shorten the throw. I did the same thing with the Hurst kit I installed.
