Sequence of events:
- Pulled out of a motel parking lot in Galena, IL this morning and the dash on our new (less than 2,200 miles) ‘18 Scat Pack displayed this message:

- Found a nail in the middle of the tread
- Called Discount Tire on John F Kennedy Rd in Dubuque, IA
- Devin said if I could get the car there, they’d be able to fix or replace the tire
- At the store, Kyle wrote up the repair ticket
- Crist was the service tech who performed the repair
- Crist was quickly able to remove, repair, and reinstall the tire
- Crist handed me a receipt
- The receipt said “Free Flat Repair and Rebalance”
- I told them that Discount Tire had gained a customer for life

Devin, Kyle, and Crist, thank you for saving our weekend!

Glad that they saved you from having your trip ruined! It's also Nice of you to give them a shout out for their customer service because I've found that most times, people will complain of poor service but good service is often taken for granted. Nice job!

I Really like our local Discount Tire. They are quick and efficient and treat our cars like they were their own (not too mention that they are Polite and Nice peeps to boot)! :thumbsup:

Now *that* is customer service! Very smart, to be honest. It's an easy way to impress a potential future customer into being a future customer!
