Hello everybody! I had a '70 Challenger R/T 383 Magnum in high school and college. Sold it when my son was born, but always missed it. I am going to buy a 2014 R/T in a month or two. There are 3 that I really like, so it will depend on the deal I get.

What trans are you looking it. Word of advice, get the manual. Having owned both I can whole heartidly say that real cars have 3 peddles. I love my manual. Also, tune it. That's one of my next mods.

I'm thinking manual for sure. My '70 had the Hurst pistol and I loved it.

Go Barton on the new one if you want a short throw. New Hurst shifters are crap. Their adage used to be "You can shift as hard as you want and the only thing you'll break is your arm" but now they're made in China and as my fiancé says (she's Chinese) "You asked for fasted and cheap. You didn't mention quality"
