Was wondering if I can set up this tire and wheel package on my 2010 R/T ??

Front: 18x8 4.5 backspace
235/40/18 tires
Rear: 20x9 5.25 backspace
275/40/20 tires
Found a set for a good price...
Also if they fit will I give up the handling for not going with the stock setup??

Those are the backspacing? 4.5 backspacing on an 8" would be zero offset. 5.25 on a 9" would be a (plus) 6 offset.

Is backspacing related to wheel offset?

If the fronts are really 18", they will be much too short, Even if actually 20", they are significantly shorter. Do you know the bolt pattern?

4.5" is effectively 115mm, that is where that size came from.

What's the bore size?

Stock is 71.5 mm so as long as its bigger than that they will fit.

It's not ideal but many still do it.

OK, 4.5 bolt spacing is 114.3, that's common, but the 5.25", that's correct? The front tires still much too short regardless.
