How did you get the $250 price? My Wife & I are going in May.i just signed myself up and bought 2 extra's for friends to go w/me
fill out the info on the internet or print a copy and fax it...it typically takes about a week to get it back and be registered...
if you want to bring friends the going rate on Challenger talk is $250
ask for one on Challenger talk and offer $250...i asked twice and had sellers within 1 day....one person even offered it for free!!!(but their car didnt come in yet)How did you get the $250 price? My Wife & I are going in May.
$500 is the direct price I've already paid that but with a 2 week notice I can get a refund.ask for one on Challenger talk and offer $250you can buy them directly from the track experience for $500(i think)
ive watched them sell on Challenger talk for 6 months now...$250 seems to be the average going rate...good luck!
The seller faxes a signed letter to the SRT people with their VIN, name, purchase date, vehicle make and model stating they transfer the VIN to you.$500 is the direct price I've already paid that but with a 2 week notice I can get a refund.
What do you get when you buy somebody elses Track Experience credit? All I ever got was a generic post card saying I was invited.
Awesome, thanks. I was hoping to buy somebody else at a discount, just wanted to make sure my wife had a spot so we could both drive. It's also our 24th anv. that week so a 2 for 1 vacation.get your $500 back and buy one from a member....most people never use them...my last purchase was from Hawaii....not much chance that person will use it eh? do they even have a race track in Hawaii?...
if $250 matters to you dont hesitate to get a refund and purchase here...you wont have a problem finding one....maybe the person who offered me a free one finally got their car...maybe you will get it for free!
that makes sense, they are two completely different events. There really is zero instruction at the srt event, where as the RP experience is designed to teach you something. SRT Experience was designed as a sales pitch to get you to buy more SRT products. It is a very effective program.I'm a little pissed...
I want to bring the wife along for the SRT Driving Experience this time and use the "Richard Petty Driving Experience" $109 Gift card I received two years to pay for it.
According to the Drivesrt.com website:
"The SRT Track Experience includes guidance by professional instructors from the Richard Petty Driving Experience".
So, I figured since Richard Petty "runs" the SRT8 Driving Experience, using the card should be a no-brainer. I mean: www.drivesrt.com <-> www.drivepetty.com. :scratchhead:
Well, I can't use the card because the SRT Track Experience is not a "Richard Petty Driving Experience". Huh? :scratchhead:
You'd think that by using the card at EITHER type of "Experience" would put the money back into Richard pockets, but I guess not. :disgust:
Oh well...
Yeah, I can understand that but guess how I received the RP experience gift card... as a prize while attending the SRT Experience.that makes sense, they are two completely different events. That makes perfectly good sense, doesn't it?Yeah, I can understand that but guess how I received the RP experience gift card... as a prize while attending the SRT Experience.

I sucked at the autocross. I was so bad that I got called up to the podium to receive a "bad driver" broken cone. The SRT crew ragged on me pretty good. (All in good fun) P.S. I still got that cone. :lol:PS What did they give you the prize for...Autocross?
That's too funny...busted cone. They stopped the full throttle challenge unfortunately before my event in Sept. 2010. It sounded pretty fun, congrads on the award, that's awesome! I actually won the autocross but I've done my fair share of them locally so that helped. I screwed up the head to head event pretty good, clipped cones, didn't come to a full stop, etc. It was a fun day, everyone was great and the ride in the viper was cool. They do a nice job at those events, I actually asked them for a job.I sucked at the autocross. I won the "Full Throttle Challenge" (for the second time :thumbsupThe first time I went to the SRT Challenge (back in 2007), some of the cars had "experimental" MOPAR accessories added to them (exhaust, CAIs, etc). If you had to race a "modded" SRT with a non-"modded" one, you HAD to beat the car at the "tree". I beat each one...
