I just purchased a 2010 challenger RT stock and I wanted to know the quickest and cheapest way to add about 50hp to the car.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the car. If your wanting just dyno # that's not as easy as it sounds. If you want the car to feel fast and it's an auto An exhaust is a must , let it breath and give it a predator tune. People say the CAI don't help much but a Mopar CAI sure looks and sounds good.

Easy as pie, cai, headers and hi flow/catless mids and a custom tune. Should be good for almost 50hp.
