We have a 2017 Challenger with a panasonic UAQ 8.4" Nav. A couple months ago we noticed the GPS was not being accurate but it would eventually correct itself, not good when you actually need to use it but it seemed to have resolved itself so we let it go. Then the presets on SIRIS/XM would revert back to something else which is annoying after you spent time setting them up but it was not happening ALL the time and we thought it was a fluke. Now the unit constantly reboots, you cannot power it off because it will just reboot and turn on again and again and again - So So annoying when the music turns on and off and of course you can't use the GPS or any of the screen settings unless you're quick before it shuts down. We can turn the volume off but when you start the car up again it resets back to default.

We took it to the dealer and they gave us a rental (a loaded jeep grand cherokee) because it was going to take longer than expected which is ok, we just want it fixed. Enterprise called 2 days later and told us to return the rental and pick up the car from service because it was ready so we think everything is fine. (We have a whole other issue about the service dept not calling to update us themselves!!) We got there after the service dept was closed and as we drive off the darn thing reboots again. They didn't do anything at all for the 2 days they had the car!

When we called to complain the next day the service guy said this was the 2nd one he's heard of with this problem. Turns out they are waiting for a new UAQ unit but can't get one right now, he said it should be in this week. I am giving them a couple of more days and then going to insist on another rental until it is fixed 100% because we cannot deal with the rebooting anymore especially since this car is doing a 1 1/2 hr commute everyday. Have you heard about this or having a similar issue?
