Hi all,

My Sirius radio doesn't show radio ID in subscriptiontab. Sirius already sent refresh signal bit still doesn't show the Radio ID. The radio software is 2700. I don't get anything when the radio is in SAT mode. Everything else is working normal.

Please advise.

It may be a broken radio.the sat id is printed on the radio label. Iwould try and clear everything off your hard drive and try and reflash the sofware update, you could also try a simple battery disconnect. Good luck!

Thanks Ken, Today I checked the Sat antenna cable connection. It's ok. I have tried these 2 things you suggested with no luck....I'm not sure if the Sat antenna cable is broken and if that may be causing the Radio ID to not show.

Are you able to tune to channel 0? Usually the id will show there

No, Looks like I need to type 000 but keep the screen looks like this 0_ and doesn't let me type more 0's. Sirius tech asked me to go to channel 184.
