Anyone else have this problem. You can build navigation favorites, and see them stored. Then after a restart or sometime soon thereafter they are gone. 2017 uconnect.

All other aspects of nav/radio controls working ok.

Head was replaced once, but still same issue. Am just happy have to have a screen that isnt worn from finger abrasion like the old one was.

If the reason you took the car in was not addressed by a new radio, which while the old radio was (probably) bad it appears the new radio is bad, you need to take the car back for this complaint. Either the replacement radio is bad or there's another problem.

FWIW I took my 2018 Hellcat in with a bad NAV system. Tech eventually contacted Chrysler. He found out there was a uConnect "update" that was not yet released to uConnect. (A check with uConnect had my radio software up to date.)

The new update was obtained and applied. it did not help. Tech contacted Chrysler again. He learned yet a 2nd "update" was available that was not yet released to uConnect. This update was obtaind and applied. it did not help.

The tech then removed the bezel to obtain the info to ensure the correct replacement radio was ordered. It was and came in and was installed. NAV system resumed working.
