Ron what is going on with your car now? Last I read you where buying one off a lot somewhere but that was a couple of weeks ago. Mine arrives the house today just waiting for Bob to call for time
UGH! Dont get me started!
You know that the first car was built as a stick instead of an automatic and I refused the car. The dealership put in another order for me on the 31st of March for an automatic. After having the entire weekend to think it over, I decided I didnt want to wait another 3 months for a car to arrive especially with the paint problems in Japan. So that Monday I went to the dealership, told them to cancel that order and find me one off a lot. They never canceled the order but they found a Redline SRT in Pennsylvania. My salesman told me that they'll get the car for me next Wednesday (this past Wednesday) to come in the day before to sign the paper work and everything, this way when the car comes in, all I have to do is drive it home. I said fine, I'll be here. Tuesday comes and the sales manager has no idea I'm coming in to sign paper work and he has no idea that they're supposed to have a car for me to take home the next day. He calls the dealer they're supposed tob e trading SRT's with, that cars been sold.
Now I'm really ticked off. I tell him to either find me a car to take home this week or I want my deposit back in cash like I put down right now. He tells me to give him a day and he'll call me. So I said I will and I went home.
I go home and I'm searching for SRT's myself online and I come across my selling dealership's website. It's showing 2 red SRT's coming in. One is my mistake car and there is another in an automatic. So I call the dealership to ask if that car is the car that was ordered for me on the 31st. They have no clue. So I called the customer service number in Canada yesterday and they verified that the car that the dealer ship is getting in an automatic is indeed for me. So I called the dealership again and told them to stop searching for a car for me, I'll take the one being built now for me. So I'm back to waiting again and checking Insight hourly. Even though the new car is at D1, it's a habit of checking it to see if it moved.
